Pavisya Global is an India-based merchant exporter connecting trusted Indian producers with buyers across international markets. We source and export quality agricultural and food products — including spices, rice, coconut products, coffee and other carefully selected commodities — with a focus on reliable sourcing, consistent quality and seamless global trade. From supplier sourcing and quality coordination to documentation and shipment, we work to make the journey from India to your market simple, transparent and dependable.
Pavisya Global is a merchant trading company engaged in the sourcing and export of Indian products to international markets. We work with farmers, producers, processors, manufacturers and suppliers across India, connecting their products with buyers and business opportunities overseas.
Our role extends beyond buying and selling. We coordinate between suppliers and buyers to understand product specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, commercial terms and shipment needs, helping facilitate each transaction from sourcing through export.
As a growing trading company, Pavisya Global is focused on developing reliable business relationships across the international supply chain. We work to understand the requirements of each market and connect them with suitable Indian sources through a structured and practical approach to trade.

"Every consignment traceable — from farm gate to bill of lading."
We identify products with overseas demand, source them competitively from Indian manufacturers and producers, and supply verified international buyers — across the following categories, with more added as the business grows.
Basmati and non-basmati grades, milled and sortexed, packed to buyer specification.
PG-CHI-02Guntur-belt chillies graded by ASTA colour and heat — whole, stemless, crushed and powder.
Turmeric fingers and powder, lab-tested for curcumin, ground to buyer mesh size.
Semi-husked coconuts, copra and desiccated coconut, graded for size and moisture.
Green Arabica and Robusta, cupped and screen-sorted, with samples before contract.
Every line on this globe is a live trade corridor we quote, document and ship on — from the Gulf to Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Your consignment moves under one accountable desk from origin to discharge port.
Every export order starts with understanding exactly what the buyer needs. From product selection and supplier coordination to documentation and shipment, we manage the key stages required to move an order from India to its destination.
Share the product you are looking for, quantity, specifications, packaging preference, destination and any other requirements. We review the enquiry, clarify the details, and confirm product grade, quality parameters, packing, labelling and commercial terms — where specifications vary by origin, grade or season, these are established before sourcing.
We approach suitable Indian producers, processors, suppliers or manufacturers based on the agreed requirements, considering availability, quantity, quality, seasonality and commercial feasibility. Where a sample is required, we arrange it for your evaluation — along with specifications, photographs, test reports or inspection details — before the order proceeds.
Once the product and requirements are agreed, we confirm the commercial details — quantity, price, packaging, payment terms, Incoterms and expected shipment schedule. The order then moves forward on mutually agreed terms.
The product is procured from the selected source and prepared according to the confirmed order — cleaning, grading, processing, sorting, packing or labelling, depending on the product. Before dispatch, the order is checked against the agreed product, quantity, packing and specifications, with inspections or testing arranged where the order and destination require them.
The documentation required for the shipment is coordinated based on the product, destination and applicable regulations — commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary or other product-specific certificates, shipping documents and customs-related documentation, as applicable.
We coordinate with the relevant logistics, freight and shipping partners to move the goods on the agreed shipping terms, and the cargo is dispatched from India once export and logistics arrangements are in place. Shipping documents and shipment information are shared with you, and we remain in communication — coordinating with the relevant parties if any issue or clarification arises.
Our process is designed to remain practical and adaptable — export requirements can differ by product, destination, buyer specifications and shipment terms.
International buyers need more than a product and a price. They need a supplier who understands the requirements behind an order and can coordinate the details that turn a purchase into a successful shipment.
At Pavisya Global, we approach each trade with that in mind — combining access to Indian supply with careful coordination between the product, supplier, buyer and export process.
We don't treat every product the same. Requirements can vary by variety, grade, origin, season, processing, packing and destination — we work to understand those details before identifying a suitable supply.
Our sourcing model allows us to work with farmers, producers, processors and suppliers across relevant production and trading markets in India — the flexibility to identify supply according to each order.
A successful export begins with a clear understanding of what is being purchased. Specifications, quantity, packing, commercial terms and other requirements are discussed and confirmed before the order moves forward.
Quality is considered at the sourcing and preparation stages, not only at dispatch. Where samples, testing, inspection or specific documentation are required, these are coordinated according to the order.
Quotations are based on the product, quantity, destination and agreed shipping terms. Pricing, Incoterms, payment conditions and other commercial details are discussed clearly before an order is confirmed.
An international shipment involves more than the product itself. We coordinate with suppliers, documentation teams and logistics providers to keep every part of the export process aligned.
You deal directly with Pavisya Global throughout the transaction — from the initial enquiry and product discussions to order coordination and shipment follow-up, we remain your primary point of contact.
Our objective is not simply to complete a single shipment. We are building Pavisya Global around repeat business, stronger supplier relationships and long-term connections with buyers in international markets.
We are growing Pavisya Global step by step, with a focus on doing each trade properly and building the foundations for lasting international business.
